Neardi system modules include three series, namely Rockchip Series, Nvidia Series, and NXP Series, which are developed with Rockchip, Nvidia, NXP, and other brand chips as the core CPU.
The Rockchip RK3399 System on Modules LCB3399 SoM is a compact, full-featured System on Module (SoM) designed around the Rockchip RK3399 chip, measuring just 62mm x 50mm. It connects to the baseboard using two Tyco/AMP 0.8mm pitch double-row 120-pin board-to-board connectors and is secured with four M2 screws, ensuring stability, reliability, and ease of installation and maintenance.
The Rockchip RK3399 System on Modules LCB3399 SoM includes a CPU, DDR, eMMC, and PMU. The CPU is the RK3399, while the DDR uses mainstream LPDDR3 with dual-channel 64-bit bandwidth, offering lower power consumption and faster speeds, available in 2GB or 4GB configurations. The eMMC supports the high-speed eMMC 5.1 standard, with capacities ranging from 4GB to 128GB. The PMU consists of the RK808 along with multiple DC-DC converters and LDOs, supporting DVFS dynamic voltage regulation for the CPU core.
The Rockchip RK3399 System on Modules LCB3399 SoM follows a modular design concept, integrating key components into a fully functional module that has been thoroughly tested and batch-verified. This design allows users to develop products based on this module, significantly reducing project development cycles, lowering costs, and improving overall efficiency.
