The LPB3568/LPB3568J embedded computer is a smart host designed with the Rockchip RK3568 chip platform. It features an all-aluminum, fanless design with an innovative internal structure that conducts heat from key components, such as the CPU and PMU, directly to the external aluminum shell. This design enables the entire body to act as a heat dissipation material, allowing the LPB3568/LPB3568J to perform well in stringent working environments and be widely used in various industrial scenarios.
The LPB3568/LPB3568J embedded system includes 1 USB 3.0 HOST, 1 USB 3.0 OTG, and 2 USB 2.0 HOST interfaces, enabling connection to multiple USB cameras. It has 3 mini-PCIe interfaces that support NPU computing cards with extended mini-PCIe interfaces, which can be combined with multiple cameras to form an artificial intelligence visual computing host with up to 10 TOPS computing power. The system supports dual-band Wi-Fi 6, BT 5.0, dual 1000M Ethernet, and expansion for 4G or 5G modules. It also supports various communication interfaces, including 2 high-speed UART, 4 RS232, 1 RS485, and 2 CANBUS.
For display, the LPB3568/LPB3568J supports dual HDMI outputs, 1 VGA output, a dual-channel LVDS interface with backlight control, a touch screen interface, and 1 HDMI input. It also supports audio input and output and can connect to an external 10W@8Ω stereo speaker. Additionally, it has a built-in M.2 solid-state drive interface and can connect to multiple external displays for multi-screen display.
The LPB3568/LPB3568J system supports 4-way relay control, including normally open, normally closed, and COM ports. It also supports 4-way switch input, each with optocoupler isolation, capable of handling active input (up to 36V) or passive input. Additionally, it supports 4-way analog input, allowing 016V voltage detection or 420mA current detection, and can connect to various industrial transmitters.
With its rich interfaces and superior performance, the LPB3568/LPB3568J embedded computer can be used as a data acquisition terminal, video processing terminal, visual computing terminal, and artificial intelligence terminal in various industrial scenarios.
