Neardi system modules include three series, namely Rockchip Series, Nvidia Series, and NXP Series, which are developed with Rockchip, Nvidia, NXP, and other brand chips as the core CPU.
The LCB3568/LCB3568J is a full-featured industrial core board designed around Rockchip’s RK3568 series chip platform, measuring only 60mm x 40mm. The core module connects to the baseboard using four dual-slot 0.5mm pitch 80-pin board-to-board connectors and is secured with four M2 screws, ensuring stability, reliability, and ease of installation and maintenance.
The LCB3568 includes a CPU, DDR, eMMC, and PMU. The CPU is the RK3568; the DDR uses the mainstream LPDDR4 model, offering lower power consumption and faster speeds, with optional configurations of 1GB, 2GB, or 4GB. The eMMC complies with the high-speed eMMC 5.1 standard, with capacities ranging from 4GB to 128 GB. The PMU comprises the RK809 along with multiple DC-DC converters and LDOs, supporting DVFS dynamic voltage regulation for the CPU core.
