Neardi system modules include three series, namely Rockchip Series, Nvidia Series, and NXP Series, which are developed with Rockchip, Nvidia, NXP, and other brand chips as the core CPU.
The LCB3399Pro is a full-featured System on Module (SoM) core board designed around the Rockchip RK3399Pro chip platform, measuring just 75 mm x 55 mm. The SoM core board connects to the baseboard using two Tyco/AMP 0.8mm pitch double-row 140-pin board-to-board connectors and is secured with four M3 screws, ensuring stability, reliability, and ease of installation and maintenance.
The LCB3399Pro includes a CPU (integrated NPU), DDR, eMMC, and PMU. The CPU is the RK3399Pro; the DDR uses the mainstream LPDDR3 model, offering dual-channel 64-bit bandwidth, lower power consumption, and faster speeds, with optional configurations of 3GB or 6GB. The eMMC complies with the high-speed eMMC 5.1 standard, with capacities ranging from 4GB to 128 GB. The PMU comprises the RK809 along with multiple DC-DC converters and LDOs, supporting DVFS dynamic voltage regulation for the CPU core.
The LCB3399Pro has undergone rigorous testing to ensure long-term stable and reliable operation. Customers can reference the following test data: functional item tests, power supply voltage accuracy, ripple, overshoot, drop, rise time, and dynamic range tests, power-on timing for each voltage, accuracy, and frequency deviation for each key clock signal, full load power consumption tests, and full load temperature rise tests.
