Neardi system modules include three series, namely Rockchip Series, Nvidia Series, and NXP Series, which are developed with Rockchip, Nvidia, NXP, and other brand chips as the core CPU.
The LCB3588 embedded board is a full-featured module designed around the Rockchip RK3588 chip platform, with dimensions of only 75mm x 70mm. The core module connects to the baseboard using a combination of two 0.8mm pitch 140-pin board-to-board connectors and four 0.5mm pitch 30-pin FPC connectors, secured with four M2 screws. This design ensures that all external pin signals of the RK3588 are fully accessible, while also meeting high reliability, low cost, and high flexibility requirements. In actual applications, the FPC connector can be added or omitted based on specific functional needs. Compared to card edge connectors or connectors with smaller pitches (such as 0.5mm), this setup offers higher reliability and yield in harsh industrial environments or long-term vibrating vehicle environments.
The LCB3588 includes CPU, DDR, eMMC, and PMU components. The CPU is the RK3588; the DDR uses mainstream LPDDR4/LPDDR4X models, offering lower power consumption and faster speeds, with optional configurations of 2GB, 4GB, 8GB, or 16GB. The eMMC complies with the high-speed eMMC 5.1 standard, with capacity options of 32GB, 64GB, or 128GB. The PMU comprises the RK806 along with multiple DC-DC converters and LDOs, supporting DVFS dynamic voltage regulation for the CPU core.
The LCB3588 adopts a modular design concept, with core parts designed as a full-function module meeting strict requirements. All functional pins of the CPU are accessible, and the module undergoes comprehensive testing and batch verification. Users can develop products based on this module to save project development time, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
